Summer sessions are in swing to brush up on the intellectual property issues of today. And the AIPPI-US Global Educational Forum is the perfect opportunity for an IP law refresher.
Co-hosted by AIPLA’s AIPPI division and The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL, on July 13th, this one-day CLE-program will tackle topics such as FRAND damages and patent antitrust remedies, IP laws under study for global harmonization, user interfaces and patent eligibility of computer inventions, and more! Material is geared towards in-house counsel, private practitioners, and IP Managers with an interest in protection of IP in the U.S. and globally.
The Keynote Address will be delivered by the Hon. James F. Holderman (Ret.), Former Chief Judge N.D. Illinois. Plus, Article One’s own Natalia Kogan will be in attendance. (Be sure to come say hi!)
