The Reward of $10,000 is payable to Magnum and Irfan who provided the new path to invalidity.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE AOP COMMUNITY FOR A SUCCESS IN THIS STUDY! THE REWARD HAS BEEN EARNED BY THE ADVISORS WHO PROVIDED A NEW PATH TO INVALIDITY.

Article One Partners, the world's largest patent validation firm, announces the conclusion of this Study as a success for the AOP community!  The community has identified evidence forming a new path to invalidity for the subject patents.

The Reward of $10,000 is payable to Magnum and Irfan who provided the new path to invalidity.

The determination of winners is based on Article One's analysis, including review and analysis of outside counsel.  Only a U.S. federal court or the U.S. Patent Office can invalidate a U.S. patent.  Article One announces only its own decision for the outcome of Studies based on its analysis of the prior art for purposes of determining winners to its Patent Studies.  A court or the Patent Office may disagree with Article One's decision.  While Article One obtains outside counsel verification, Article One's invalidity position is not a legal opinion.
