The steps of determining the language of the message set in the program header and searching the message file for a message set shall mean: in a uniform list of message sets which is present in the memory device determining the language of the first message set and if this does not match the preferred natural language searching the other message sets for a match.

Loading shall mean reloading the matching message set within the memory device for utilization by the program.
