Already cited reference are eligible?

Hi,

I just want to know that if during my search i found some arts which are already cited in the US patent wither by patentee or examiner, should i submit the same or not?

@sanpat References that are already cited in the US patent are not eligible. Those references can be very useful in guiding your search, and can help you understand what the patentee or examiner viewed as relevant. Any submitted references already cited in the Study patent will be Declined and marked as Known. In some cases, we will also provide a separate list of known references, in addition to those cited in the patent.
