Points Awarded Upon Submission
These activities apply to each prior art reference sent to Article One by a Researcher. Only accepted submissions earn points. The first to submit each accepted reference earns additional points.

Points Awarded Upon Announcement of Results
Article One analyzes each submission and awards points if a reference falls under any of the categories below. The first to submit the reference of Primary Importance is declared the Study Winner and is promoted to Genius Researcher. All others in the table below are promoted to Board Researcher.

Third Party and Bonus Activities
Points are awarded for third party research that is highly valued by Article One. To receive points for Third Party Activities, a Researcher must fill out the Notice of Third Party Activity.
