Researchers Earn Company Profits

The success of our community drives the success of our company. We believe our community should be highly compensated by sharing in the profits. We reward a portion of our net annual profits to those Researchers who become top contributors.

How can I become eligible for Profit Sharing?

Each year, Article One rewards the Community further through our Profit-Sharing Program.   The overall amount is based on a percentage of Rewards paid in that calendar year, which will be announced at the beginning of each year.  Researchers earn profit-sharing based on the points they accumulate and level they achieve.

Only Researchers who are Principal and above will receive profit-sharing.  Based on their current level, Researchers will receive a specific number of shares of the total profit-sharing pool.  The size of a share is determined by the number of Fellows, Masters, and Principals who will partake of the profit-sharing pool.

Researcher Level Points Share of Profit
Fellow 15,000 4X Share
Master
5,000 2X Share
Principal 2,000 1X Share
Senior 400 No Shares
Researcher 200 No Shares
Associate 100 No Shares
