AOP Advisor Forum: DOs and DON'Ts

Read on for a quick list of things we encourage and discourage within the AOP Advisor forum.

PLEASE DO

Sign up with ARTICLE ONE PARTNERS to become an Advisor with full access to the forum.
AOP's common language is English, so please post in English only.
Add a signature to your posts to make networking easier. Include at least your Advisor name, your industry or area(s) of interest and your location.
Be civil and courteous to everyone and keep in mind that each of our diverse Advisors is entitled to his or her opinion.
Use the search function: your question might already have an answer.
Help us out by alerting the moderators to posts that violate our rules. This will ensure a minimum of inaccurate or inappropriate posts on our forum.
Use the forum to gather research teams. Once you team up with other Advisors, you'll have a much better chance of winning a Patent Study.
Contribute freely. It will make our community stronger and you will earn valuable Advisor Points.

PLEASE DON'T

Don't post anything that could be seen as offensive by any of our members. Our Advisor community embraces people from all walks of life and all backgrounds and we do not tolerate racist, sexist or abusive language.
Don't post links that might lead to malware, spyware, viruses, illegal software etc.
Avoid irrelevant posts (for example, this is not the place to voice your religious and political views).
Don't quote entire messages you're responding to. Keep your posts neat by cutting and pasting only the relevant lines.
Don't post the same question more than once or in more than one forum. This will only clutter up our forums.
Advertising products and services yours or anyone else's is not permitted on any of the forums.
