The worldwide patent system is no longer keeping pace with the increasing volume of patent applications, resulting in unneccesary and costly delays and the issuance of overly broad, non-original patents.

Solution

By offering premium compensation, we incentivize our global researcher community to uncover key evidence. And when our global search does not uncover new patent validity evidence, patent claims for truly original innovations are intrinsically strengthened. In sum, better access to validity evidence means a stronger patent system.

The more we succeed, the more our community succeeds.

We compensate our Researchers for their efforts. For premier evidence, the submitting Researcher can earn between $5,000 and $50,000.

But our Researchers do not have to win to earn money with Article One -- about 5% of our net annual profit is shared among our active Researchers as part of our Profit Sharing program, with the largest portions disbursed to those who actively submit validity evidence and participate in the community.
