And when our global search does not uncover new patent validity evidence, patent claims for truly original innovations are intrinsically strengthened. Better access to validity evidence means a stronger patent system.

The collections of validity evidence we gather with the help of our Researchers have significant financial value -- and we compensate our Researchers accordingly for their efforts. Our clients analyze the submitted validity evidence for each Study. For premier evidence, the submitting Researcher can earn between $5,000 and $50,000
But our Researchers do not have to win to earn money with Article One: about 5% of our net annual profit is shared among our active Researchers as part of our Profit Sharing program, with the largest portions disbursed to those who actively submit validity evidence and participate in the community.
